*The debit date for the credit card payment will be the debit date based on the membership agreement of each credit card company. Payment will be taken upon confirmation of the order. Please note that the order date and the payment date are not necessarily on the same day.
*Please note that in the case of pre-order items, your payment may be debited before you receive your order.
*Please note that some prepaid cards with credit functions may not be accepted for payment or registration.

〈Estimated delivery〉
Delivery will take 10-14 days from the date of order. To manage your delivery after you have placed your order (scheduled delivery, delivery to another location, delivery on a different day), please check the FedEx Delivery Manager. https://www.fedex.com/en-gb/home.html
*The delivery date may be delayed depending on the area and shipping conditions. *Order confirmation and delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
*Please note that there are some cases where this rule does not apply on national holidays.
*Schedules will be irregular on long holidays such as New Year holidays.
〈Pre-order〉
Please check the shipping date on the product page. However, the delivery may be delayed if there is a large volume of orders or around holidays. Even after an order has been completed, we may not be able to prepare enough products for the number of orders received, and we may ask you to cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Return
When you receive the product, please check immediately to ensure they are not the same as your order or if they have any quality defects.
Please kindly note that the pictures of items may slightly differ from the actual product. We have tried to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product photos, but there may be slight differences depending on the monitor you are using.
Within 7 days of receiving the items, please let us know before using them if they are not the same as your order or if they have any quality defects. We will replace it immediately. (In this case, we will bear the shipping costs.)
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or stain, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item, and we will accept the return. All returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing will be the customer's responsibility, including all costs associated with sending the stock of the items for a refund. We do not offer a free refund service.

All products may be returned within 8 days of receiving the items.
Items should not be tried outside and inside.
All returns must be in new, 'as received' condition and include all original packaging and manuals.
*Items not in new and unused condition will not be accepted.
If the item becomes damaged after purchase, either by you or another person, you generally cannot return it. No returns, no refunds or no exchanges on Sale (Discounted).
Other items for which there is a statement on the Return Policy page that the item cannot be returned.
We cannot offer you a refund if 8 days have been exceeded since your original purchase.
Please contact us in the event of damage during shipping.
We will send you a new one as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling. (However, we may not be able to replace items that are out of stock.)
