After the order is completed, it will be shipped in about 3 to 5 business days for normal products.

North Kanto - Northern Kyushu: Delivery will be made 3 business days after the order is placed.

Tohoku, Southern Kyushu: Delivery will be made 4 business days after the date of order.

Hokkaido, Okinawa region: Delivery will be made 5 business days after the order date.

However, delivery may be delayed when orders are concentrated or before and after consecutive holidays.

Even after the order is completed, we may not be able to prepare the number of items ordered, and we may ask you to cancel the order. So thank you in advance for your understanding.



About returns

  • As soon as you receive the item, please check to see if anything different from your order has been sent.
  • We try to reproduce the actual product in the product photos as much as possible, but there may be slight differences depending on the monitor you are using. Please note.
  • We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. We will immediately return or exchange the item. (In this case, our shop will bear the shipping fee.)
  • Returns due to customer's convenience (other than damage or staining of the product) will be accepted if you inform us of your intention to return within 7 days. I will be responsible for it. (However, we cannot accept requests if any of the following apply.)

If there is an accident such as damage during delivery, please contact our store. We will send you a new product as soon as possible at our store's expense. In that case, please note that the person in charge of the shipping company may contact you directly.
