This is international shipping, as described on every product page. We ship all items from Japan. When returning the items, please send them back to Japan. Customers are responsible for the shipping charge for returning items to Japan.
All purchases may be returned within 8 days of receiving the items. We cannot offer you a refund if 8 days have been exceeded since your original purchase.
All items must be unworn and clean.
If dust, dirt or hair is attached to the items after opening the package, remove them as much as possible before returning them. We will judge if the items are in good condition or not. We do not accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is new or unused.
The plastic package must be unopened, or items and accessories must be undamaged.
Manuals and Original tags must remain attached. The plastic package must be unopened. No returns, no refunds or no exchanges on Sale (Discounted), Outlet and gifted items.
Return and Refund Policy and Process
1. You may send your return request at email@example.com with your order number. Please confirm the products are eligible for return; the items must be unworn.
2. After confirming your return request, we will contact you. Please ship the product to the address listed below. (All returns for change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer, including all costs associated with sending stock back for a refund. We do not offer a free return service.)

These are situations where we cannot offer returns and refunds
1. 8 days have passed since receiving the item.
2. The package is not in its original condition. Original tags must remain attached. In order to be eligible for a return, Items should not be opened and tried.
3. Order with the wrong address.
4. Lost or stolen items after the shipment is delivered email is sent to you. We recommend you require your sign for the delivery.
5. Sale, Outlet and gifted items. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Please contact us in the event of damage during shipping. We will send you a new one as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling. (Within 7 days of receiving the item, please check immediately to ensure they are not the same as your order or have any quality defects. If 8 days have been exceeded since your original purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.)
